Fences narrower than 48 inches (requiring alternative equipment).
Presence of pet waste on service areas.
Grass height exceeding 6 inches.
Slopes or inclines greater than 20 degrees.
These conditions require additional time, labor, or equipment wear. In such cases, an up-charge will be applied and communicated to the client prior to or during service.
IMPORTANT: Clients on a weekly service plan are committing to at least two consecutive weeks of service upon scheduling. Once the first service is completed, no cancellations, pauses, or skips are permitted until the second consecutive visit is completed and paid. For example, if service is performed on the 7th, service will also be performed and billed again on the 14th — no exceptions.
If a client attempts to cancel or skip after the first visit, the weekly plan will be automatically canceled and the first visit will be reclassified and billed at the standard one-time service rate.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of discounted weekly pricing and to maintain efficient route scheduling.
