How often should my lawn be mowed?
Most lawns look best with weekly mowing, though we also offer bi-weekly depending on your yard’s growth and needs.
Do you bag or mulch the grass clippings?
We mulch clippings back into the lawn for natural fertilization, unless you request bagging.
What happens if it rains on my mowing day?
We adjust your schedule and return as soon as the ground is safe to mow.
Do you handle overgrown or first-time cuts?
Yes, but very tall grass may be billed separately since it takes extra time and care.

Do you send Invoices?
Yes, all services are invoiced and processed through Yardbook (our client management system) using Stripe for secure payments. You can pay invoices directly online each time, or choose to enroll in autopay with a card on file for hassle-free, automatic payments. All services must be paid through Yardbook for proper documentation and tracking.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes, we provide tailored maintenance plans for HOAs, apartment complexes, and commercial properties, with full documentation and service logs.
Do I need a contract?
No long-term contracts! We provide a simple agreement that outlines exactly what we’ll do for you and when. You’re free to cancel at any time! we believe our quality of work is what keeps you coming back, not a piece of paper.
