SERVICE AGREEMENT

Standard Lawn Service Includes

  • Designated Areas Only
    • We mow only the turf areas outlined in the accepted estimate, scope of work, or property map provided by Israels Landscaping.
    • We do not alternate sides of a property or rotate service areas.
    • Any changes to the defined service area must be requested in writing and will require a price adjustment before work is performed.
  • Edging
    • Routine edging is included only where a visible, established edge already exists.
    • Restoring or re-establishing edges that are overgrown or no longer visible is not included.
    • Edge restoration will be billed as an additional service and is subject to the foreman’s discretion on site, with client approval.
  • Bushes, Shrubs, and Hedges
    • Bush, shrub, and hedge trimming is never included in a standard lawn cut.
    • These services are always treated as separate work and must be approved and priced in writing.
  • Blowing and Cleanup
    • We will only blow debris that we create during service. Pre-existing leaves, dirt, or debris are not included unless specified as a separate service.
    • Grass clippings are mulched back into the turf for lawn health.
    • Hauling of clippings, debris, or yard waste is not included unless specified in writing.
  • Inaccessible Zones
    • Locked gates, obstructions, unsafe conditions, or standing water may cause a zone to be skipped.
    • We do not substitute other areas to “make up” for the skipped zone.
    • No credits are given for inaccessible areas unless agreed upon in writing.
  • Weather Policy
    • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, saturated turf, or unsafe working conditions.
    • We will notify clients of weather delays, and services will resume as soon as conditions permit.
  • Service Schedule & Skipping Policy
    • Once a weekly or bi-weekly schedule is booked, service will be performed as scheduled.
    • Services may not be skipped unless addressed with us in advance.
    • If skips occur more than 6 times total in a season, Israels Landscaping reserves the right to terminate service.
  • Pest & Stinging Insect Policy
    • The presence of yellow jackets, hornets, wasps, bees, or other stinging insects may prevent service in affected areas for the safety of our crew.
    • Israels Landscaping does not provide pest removal. Clients are responsible for arranging extermination if needed.
    • Services delayed or skipped due to pest activity will not be substituted with work in other areas.
  • Catch-All Clause
    • Any services not listed above will be considered additional work and must be approved and priced in writing.

Payment Terms & Billing

  • Payment Terms
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due upon completion of the services provided in the estimate. For recurring services, the client will be invoiced monthly (or per schedule) and payment is due within 1-7 days of the invoice date.
  • Late Payments
    Payments not received by the due date shall accrue interest at the maximum allowed by law. In addition, the company may suspend further service(s) or cancel the contract until the account is brought current.
  • Deposits / Prepayments
    If a deposit or partial payment is required, the amount is due upon signing. Work will not commence until the deposit is paid.
  • Collection / Recovery Costs
    If legal action or collection is necessary to enforce payment, the client agrees to pay all associated costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
