SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Services Provided (WO) (Scope Of Work May Differ)

We offer the following professional lawn care services:

Regular mowing to maintain a clean, manicured appearance.

Trimming along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs for a neat finish.

We trim areas around trees, fences, and other obstacles.

We use a blower to clean hard surfaces like driveways and walkways of grass clippings and debris.

2. Service Schedule

Our services are scheduled on a [weekly / biweekly / monthly] basis. The schedule will typically occur on [Day(s) of the Week], depending on weather and availability.

3. Weather Policy

reschedule the service to the soonest available date that weather conditions permit.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are secured on scheduled service days.

If there are any areas that should not be mowed or trimmed, please let us know beforehand.

5. Payment Terms

Our standard service charge is stated on confirmation receipt per visit. Prices may vary based on the size of your lawn and additional services requested.

Late payments will incur a late fee of 2x agreed price.

6. Termination of Service

By scheduling a service with Israels Landscaping, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement. These terms apply to all services provided by us, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
