1. Services Provided (WO) (Scope Of Work May Differ)
We offer the following professional lawn care services:
- Regular mowing to maintain a clean, manicured appearance.
- Trimming along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs for a neat finish.
- Trimming areas around trees, fences, and other obstacles.
- Blowing hard surfaces like driveways and walkways clean of grass clippings and debris.
2. Service Schedule
Our services are scheduled on a [weekly / biweekly / monthly] basis. The schedule will typically occur on [Day(s) of the Week], depending on weather and availability.
3. Weather Policy
If weather conditions prevent service on the scheduled day, we will reschedule the service to the soonest available date that weather conditions permit.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that gates are unlocked and pets are secured on scheduled service days. If there are any areas that should not be mowed or trimmed, please let us know beforehand.
5. Payment Terms
Our standard service charge is stated on the confirmation receipt per visit. Pricing may vary depending on property size, complexity, and any additional services requested.
Payment is due [upon completion / weekly / monthly] via [cash / check / electronic payment]. Late payments will incur a late fee of 2x the agreed service rate.
Note:
Additional Charges May Apply For:

Fences narrower than 48 inches (requiring alternative equipment).

Presence of pet waste on service areas.

Grass height exceeding 6 inches.

Slopes or inclines greater than 20 degrees.
These conditions require additional time, labor, or equipment wear. In such cases, an up-charge will be applied and communicated to the client prior to or during service.
6. Termination of Service
[1 / 3] days' written notice is required to terminate service. Services rendered up to the termination date are still billable and due.
IMPORTANT:
Clients on a weekly service plan are committing to at least two consecutive weeks of service upon scheduling. Once the first service is completed, no cancellations, pauses, or skips are permitted until the second consecutive visit is completed and paid. For example, if service is performed on the 7th, service will also be performed and billed again on the 14th — no exceptions.
If a client attempts to cancel or skip after the first visit, the weekly plan will be automatically canceled and the first visit will be reclassified and billed at the standard one-time service rate.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of discounted weekly pricing and to maintain efficient route scheduling.
7. Liability and Insurance
We perform all services with care and professionalism. We are insured. Clients agree not to hold us liable for any damage unless caused by our negligence.
8. Acceptance of Agreement
By scheduling a service with Israel's Landscaping, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this service agreement. These terms apply to all services provided by us unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
